Stylish 1BR in Jazz Makati with Netflix Fast WiFi and Mall Access

The location is good.

The communication with the staff was difficult. The pool isn't related to the apartment. When I went to the pool and got sexual harassed the guards came to kick me out. The room was dirty and old and I saw small cockroaches as soon as I arrived.

Out of all the Airbnb's we have stayed in, this is the one that is - not only - exceptionally clean and well-organized, but also complete and overall welcoming. The moment we went inside we were given amenity kits on the bed along with towels and cooking necessities such as oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. These little extras is what made our stay not only productive but also unforgettable. Moreoever, the area is also well located in the heart of Makati, hence, we were able to travel by foot to the different well-known destinations Makati offers. If ever we were to be given the chance, we would love to stay here again.

Location is ok

The sofa bed was very bad and was not comfortable or suitable for sleeping in. Advised that 4 people could sleep there - the apartment is not suitable for that before there will be a change of beds / soda bed - worst sleeping conditions we had on our trip in the Philippines! Lots of rules and fees. Advised with pool - but you have to pay for using it. Lots of clutter in the apartment. Check in process - they want you to send copies of your passport. Elevators in the building are always out of service - it can take long time to get one.

Good stay in SM Jazz, however, you need to count with going through facility security first - everything explained while booking, so we counted with it. If you want to use the pools, need to sign up in advance for vouchers and pay accordingly. Good location to the airport and city for exploration, safe neighborhood.

Room for 3 people extremely small, recommend for couple. But we knew this in advance.
