"Convenient short term stay in SM Jazz"

Convenient location as part of SM Jazz. Nice pool area, even for sitting and chilling. Good communication with the hosts, very helpful. Easy check-in and checkout experience. The wifi was good.

Getting the essentials (shower gel, etc) would have been nice as we were on a short trip and didn't want to pack all that. We did receive 4 bottles of small water, but that's not enough for an overnight stay, we needed to buy a big (gallon of water) - perhaps it would be nice if that was provided. Even though there was Netflix on the TV, it didn't seem to work (got stuck loading any movie we tried.) Bit these are just smaller things. Overall it was a good stay.

The central location in Manila

The furnishings of the apartament, the building itself and the paid swimming pool is no fun at all as only swimming is allowed and nothing else.

"Offers a lot for the cost."

Great location in Makati, within walking distance of malls, museums, and restaurants. Very affordable. Lovely pool area. Easy check in with the key waiting in the mailbox. Well stocked kitchen. Balcony overlooking the pool. Nice, homey decoration. Washing machine came in handy. Free snacks were a nice touch.

No hand towels in the bathroom. Small couch was rickety and uncomfortable. Hallways/common areas aren't air conditioned except for the ground floor (elevators are like a sauna). You have to surrender an ID to security upon check in and it isn't returned until check out (DON'T HAND OVER YOUR PASSPORT!!!). Pool costs extra.

"Fantastic and safe"

Very safe, guards are as friendly as they come and the room is very clean and cozy. Would recommend more for a couple however group was just as good.

Not too much to complain about really.
