"Price is ok but the service is bad"

It is a budget stay

There was no lift in the property. My mom with a knee pain had to use the stairs.. I checked with OYO and Booking.com , I got the response saying they have Lift but when I reached I realised that there is no Lift .. this was very disappointing.
