A beautiful house just 10 min driving from Modena and well located to explore the rest of the region. Rooms with charm, fully equipped and the common areas are very nice. Anna Lisa has been a great host, giving us advice to make the most of our stay. We fully recommend this B&B for a stay in the region.

"Amazing and charming accomodation"

Everthing was amazing. Very Nice and helpful host. Haus Is beautiful as Well as rooms. Breakfast very nice Made by the host. Location at the Border of the City, very quiet with spacious garden. To reach the City, 10-15mins by Car. Very easy. I Hope to hope back again.

Very beautiful accomodation with modern refurbished and comfortable rooms. Peaceful location, calm environment with a very, very beautiful garden. Not far away from the city centre. We really enjoyed talking to the owner who gave us some good address too.

"We would go back anytime!"

The house is in a peaceful area from our window we could see an agricultural field. The owner was very friendly and kind we felt as we would have been at home. The house is a typical countryside house with huge terrace and nicely maintaned garden. Parking was easy in front of the BB or at a small side street. The room was as on the photos with huge modern clean bathroom. Everything was perfect. We visited the famous sport car manufacturers that were 15 min far. Also getting to Bologna was easy cca half an hour.

That we had to go home.

The location is just beautiful and the breakfast was lovely with the hostess being gracious and inviting we always enjoy talking to the other guests and this was encouraged. We would recommend this property to anybody.

New, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Exceptional host who tried to be helpful when possible. Comfortable beds with shutters on windows which made for a quiet, dark and relaxing night sleep. Large bathrooms which made you feel like you were in a luxury resort. Amazing value for money!

One of the two rooms had a slight drainage problem in the shower (but to be fair we didn’t flag to host). Lighting in the breakfast area a bit florescent (would suggest warmer lighting) for the morning however breakfast area still very comfortable.
