Conveniently located 10mins from the old town of Modena, and close enough to the highways to visit other towns. Quiet, clean and safe. Rooms are of good size, so are the bathrooms. Free parking

Nothing, but just to point out there are stairs to the bedrooms which are located on the 1st floor (or 2nd floor depending on where you are from).

Villa Argiolas is a beautiful recently renovated B&B situated just minutes from downtown Modena - a great location to explore the regions museums and farms. Annalisa, the owner, rejuvenated her family home, and you can tell she put love into this project. The common area has many sitting areas indoor and out, and a cozy breakfast area. Annalisa made the most delicious eggs and fresh juice each morning, while also offering a variety of cheese, vegetables, yogurt and coffee. She also provided wonderful restaurant recommendations, both in person and in a book she has created for your room. We were 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids) in our room and felt very comfortable in the space. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Modena!

Some people may not like being 10-15 minutes outside the city, but we saw this as a bonus as we wanted a quiet and peaceful spot away from the action.

"Beutiful grounds and home!"

We had a great stay. The host was there to great us and during breakfast time making the stay very personal. The host offered good insight about the city and offered great suggestions of places to visit and things to do. The home and grounds are beutiful and impeccable. Very confortable and ample. Parking availability right in front of the home was great.

Very tasty breakfast with fresh fruit from the garden. A host gave us lots of tips where to go to have dinner in the centre and where buying local products.

We had a wonderful stay, the place and host were amazing! The villa and rooms are beautiful and clean, breakfast was made to our order and our dietary needs taken into consideration. Analisa the host was very welcoming and available to help and even had great suggestions for places to visit on our trip. Easy parking and excellent wifi.
