Family apartment sleeps 6 in botanic Queens area

Great size of apartment with good facilities within

The beds were uncomfortable and there was a smell of dirty drains within also windows had mold round them

Location and was as advertised, check in was easy and communication was pretty good

The tv behind the door is an issue, the tap in the kitchen tap was wobbly and it would be good to have better instructions as to how to use applicances.

Nothing! It’s not a family apartment. They take additional security. It’s more like a student accommodation near the university in a very shady area. I went with my father husband and daughter and found it completely unsuitable! There is no view from any room and the pics are deceptive. There is just 1 toilet even though the property advertised and 2 bathrooms making it impossible for 4 persons to be ready on time. No hot water in 1 bathroom. Luckily ONE BATHROOM WAS Functional. Too much under floor heating

Everything. There is no dryer only washer despite the management assuring that it had washer and dryer. No hot water in the second bathroom which only has a shower and no TOILET (wc). Despite repeated requests and complaints not 1 person came to fix it or called to address the issue. The number given was not reachable and went to voicemail. Upon messaging they kept insisting that there is everything that is required and we were incapable of using it. We took pics of the machine and lack of toilet in 2nd bathroom and reported to booking.com for appropriate refund. We also complained of no hot water though there cannot be any evidence of the same as no plumber or person came to even check the veracity of the complaint. After we checked out instead of tendering any apology or seeking to provide an appropriate response I received an email saying there was a bag of drugs in the apartment and I should inform them if I wanted it back !😂 we have stayed in apartment all over Europe but it’s turning out to be scammers and fraudsters these days managing properties who are collecting money from foreigners under false pretext and information without providing the assured service! And there is no recourse to the wrong done

Very modern apartment, clean and close to the city

Front door is very hard to open. You've to hold the fob and properly put your weight on the door to bang it open
