Fab Location 1 bed Apt overlooking Glasgow Green

No heating except in bedroom, Mold smell when entering building Walls need painting Sofa dirty and marked Generally needs rewiring new carpets soft furnishings and painted all over

There were stains on sheets. Stains on couch. Microwave did not work. Cutlery not washed. Garlic press still had garlic in it. Had to contact owner to find some towels

Only good thing is the location/views. photos look good, do not reflect reality. put your shoes on as you go in. Bring rubber sheets, nose clip, ear plugs and flea powder.

Nice flat lovely views but it is not maintained at all. Smelly flea ridden food stained manky carpets and disguating soft furniture. Kitchen in photos not the same as actual kitchent. Microwave is broken, so is the clock, the fridge is not cold, there is inadequate hot water, there are sharp and dangerous screw heads sticking up through floor thresholds, blanket box falling apart, has sharp staples and contains smelly blankets you would not let your dog sleep on. Entire place rattles when trains go underneath.. Over priced, smelly and grimy. Read other reviews before you book. Could be lovely with minimal effort and expense, it's like the owner just blatantly does not care because they already have your money.. You would not stay here if you could smell before you booked. Nasty.

Great location for Glasgow Green. Spacious apartment. Well equipped. Great shower. Excellent hosts.

Fridge wasnt very cold, but cold enough.

We like everything about the property, especially the view of the neighbourhood and the quiet environment surrounding it.

The only thing we didn't like was the stairs inside the apartment, but we solved it by putting the heavy luggage downstairs.

Easy to get the keys lots of notes in the place telling us how things work

Location is fantastic , quiet residential area with fabulous view of Glasgow green and the people’s palace , hop on hop off bus stop short walk from apartment and Glasgow town easy walk also. Free parking on road easily accessible from accomodation Very comfortable apartment, lots of room, blankets and small heater in lounge were lovely as nights were cold - all we needed for 3 night stay supplied

Decor nice but dated, would be nice to have a larger bed … double is small when your used to sleeping in a larger bed … bed linen and pillows were super comfy though
