Comfort Suites Waco North - Near University Area

I like the room size and the beds was very comfortable also breakfast was excellent

The refrigerator didnt work also the website needs to be updated because there was not a hot tub

Bedding for the sofa bed was not ready in the room, sheets were ripped and stained. Gym doesn’t have mats Breakfast with no many options and space to eat.

They had several different types of pillows on the bed to choose from. I picked a very soft pillow instead of a almost over stuffed one.

THE BREAKFAST AND STAFF WAS NICE, BUT THE FIRST ROOM HAD BUGS IN THE COUCH AND THEY HAD TO PUT US INTO ANOTHER ROOM.

COUCH BED WAS TERRIBLE. THE FIRST ROOM COUCH BED HAD A DIRTY SHEET IN IT WITH BUGS ON IT. WHEN WE CONFRONTED THE CLEANING LATER SHE GRAPPED THE SHEET AND SAID I WAS WRONG.I HAD TAKEN A PICTURE OF IT BEFORE WE CALLED HER TO PROTECT MYSELF. WE WERE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM. WHEN I ASKED FOR MORE TOWELS THAT SAME CLEANIG LADY SAID NO. THERE WAS ENOUGH IN THERE. WE WE THREE PEOPLE WITH TOWELS FOR TWO.

The house keeping was we're very nice especially one of the staff members from the front with blond hair.

The room was not expected as it said, the plugs didn't work, the micro wave was broken the night service desk was asleep on the job
