"We’ll never stay there again."

It was fine. Good service there

The TV didn’t work and when told about it, the night staff did nothing to help. The room was also on a noisy corner and could have been better centrally located. Also, for some strange reason , my wife’s credit card was hacked either while there or when she made the reservation with your firm.

Clean and friendly.

The house keepers entered my room unannounced while I was in the room with my night clothes. I was on the 3rd floor and when I tried to get some rest, I constantly heard loud bumping noise that came from above that kept me up.
