Villa Rico del Sol

It was just over the motorway so away from the busy areas. Only 20 mins to beachfront & bars. It was fairly quiet location & just perfect for a family & very spacious so we all had our own space.

No instructions for the oven/grill so took us a while to work out how to use. Needed air con in the lower floor

Location is excellent, quick walk to everything you need. Property is so clean and spacious, could not have asked for more!

Some of the rooms without air conditioning were very hot at night time, too much to sleep so some of our guests slept in the living room where there was AC.

ottima posizione, in zona tranquilla, senza rumore e musica di notte. Molto comoda per spostarsi con l’auto, posizione strategica. La casa è molto grande e ha gli spazi giusti per viverla in 9 persone con comodità. Alcune lenzuola presentavano delle macchie.. consiglierei di sostituirle. Per il resto era tutto molto pulito e ordinato. È dotata di tutta l’attrezzatura per cucinare, stoviglie, pentole. Ha lavastoviglie e lavatrice che sono risultate molto comode. Maria la proprietaria è molto attenta a tutti i dettagli, prima dell’arrivo ci ha comunicato tutto ció che ci sarebbe servito per il soggiorno. Ci ha dato tante indicazioni e ottimi consigli. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Non era previsto un servizio di pulizia. In 9 persone sarebbe stato molto utile un cambio asciugamani e lenzuola durante il nostro soggiorno.

Lovely place to stay and close to restaurants and bars.

Beautiful villa, we had a wonderful stay! Large house with lots of sunlight, comfort, a beautiul swimmimg and garden, located quite close to the beach... ideap for a large family or group of friends. We certainly recommend it!

Villa was really nice, location was really easy to grab taxis from and you could walk down to seafront in 25 mins. Living room was great and spacious, the outdoor table was good for group meals. Maria the host was lovely too and easy to communicate

Few issues but main one was cleanliness. Pool turned swimming costumes green and our lilos from the first day. Cockroaches found on downstairs floor. Lots of stuff just left in kitchen, empty bottles just left and made it feel like it wasn’t that clean. Shower door broken in multiple bathrooms and one missing shower curtain so have to sit down shower, bathroom downstairs you can’t use without holding above your head. No aircon in all rooms, doesn’t say that advert just says air conditioning so would be good to display that. No blinds in a few bedrooms. Lack of stuff in kitchen, no tea towels, no wooden spoon, no oven trays. Not enough sunbeds for amount of people staying at villa, even one broke on first day and they didn’t replace. Lots of remotes none labelled and in wrong rooms, could have done with a guide. Bed sheets have slight marks on them.
