"S`passt!"

Die Lage in Weinstadt-Beutelsbach ist hervorragend, die S-Bahn ist in 10 Min Fußweg zu erreichen, für die Ortsmitte reicht einmal "umfallen", die Remstalkellerei und einige gute Restaurants erfordern maximal 5 Min zu Fuß. Der Ort ist immer sehenswert, auch wenn im Moment einiges aufgegraben ist.

Es gibt allenfalls für "Griffelspitzer" etwas zu bemängeln, zu dieser Gruppe gehören wir nicht!
