The place was nice and comfortable and in the city center. Breakfast was quite complete.

we requested late arrival so the keys should be in the box for the two rooms we booked. Unfortunately only one key was there and we were calling them for 3h afterwards without any reply. Until after 8pm and with the german phone number from a waiter from a restaurant nearby they finally answered the phone and told him that they would leave the key for the second key in reception. Next morning they apologized and gave us the free breakfast, which was nice, but the 3h from the day before calling many times and messaging without any reply was quite a bad experience for us. At least an answer to let us know something would have been nice, rather than being ignored after driving for 6h to arrive there.

"If you are not happy to hear church bell until the morning it is not a good choice"

The breakfast was with fresh bakery.

You can hear the sound of church bell until the morning. I could not have sleep at all. Their philosophy was not allowed to use or check mobile phone in the restaurant which perfectly make sense if you are having a call but I get warned while only checking my emails not a phone call which is quite uncomfortable when you are having a business trip. I have slept double bed but the size of duvet was only for child. It was so small I could not fit in.
