Worst check in experience ever. No information on where to go or who to see until absolute last minute after parking in random shopping centre carpark and having to ask strangers. Very rude security at sign in. Stated they had no idea about the check in which was confirmed 2 weeks in advance. Ongoing messages chasing more information when everything had been supplied. Sent additional charges for cleaning after full payment was made. Only 1 key supplied with 3 guests staying. No access to gym. Extremely noisy with cars racing in the streets and taxis beeping continuously in the early hours of the morning. No double glazing so very noisy. Overall good location but would definitely not stay again.
