The property is very private and has very comfortable rooms.

Great place to stay out of town! Rooms are nice and the secluded location is relaxing. Nice access to the lake for swimming and a great pool.

Loved everything but the food. Limited menu and just wasn’t very good.

El inconveniente que tuvimos la primera noche por encontrar nuestra habitación sin aire acondicionado y el baño con fuerte olor a alcantarilla. Gracias a dios todo se solucionó cuando nos cambiaron de habitación y nos compensaron por el tema.

Beautiful, unique rooms and quiet location.

Very difficult to access the hotel and to move around the property with very steep and long climbs between rooms and main facilities.

The personnel and the amenities. The attention to detail and how proactive the personnel can be, makes your stay a comfortable as it can be. A great place for a romantic getaway.

The lack of options for dinner, the Hotel it’s located a 50 mins car ride or 20 min boat ride from Flores and all the restaurants. At night boat trips can be turbulent, meaning go to dinner at the island isn’t a comfortable experience.

The place is wonderful, quiet and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast is very good. Both the pool and the lake are lovely for swimming. The boat transport to and from the town of Flores is excellent, with eight free trips available in each direction every day, making it very convenient.

The lunch and dinner menu is limited.
