Awesome staff, very cozy place to relax and enjoy good vacations.

As it was expected between that much nature, we found two big spiders just at the side of the jacuzzi. We reported it, but unfortunately they were still there next day and we couldn't use the jacuzzi.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bolontiku hotel. We slept in a beautiful bungalow with tasteful interior. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy. The beach is nice and equipped with SUP boards, kayaks and beach chairs that you can use for free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Boat transfers to Flores are for free twice a day. It is the perfect place if you like to relax from busy Guatemalan cities for a couple of days.

The food in the restaurant is okay, but not extraordinary. As the hotel is a bit off the track you have to make an effort to go to Flores to have dinner there.

Lovely hotel with good facilities, views and pleasant staff. Great for a relaxing and peaceful trip. Would recommend!

The only negative - at check out was asked to pay an additional $30 for extras at breakfast (incl orange juice). Despite asking the waiter several times if said “extras” were included. Next time, please advise guests clearly on what is not included rather than charging unexpectedly at check out. This left a very sour taste.

very beautiful surrounding

every time you want to get to the city you need to book a boat with extra coasts (except in the specific times in the day). we took the Tikal tour and it was x3 the price then average. the tour was all elderly people, my mom was the youngest (53) and because of that reason they only stayed in one place all the tour. when we came back to the hotel we explained it to the manager of the hotel but she didn’t care. it felt like they always tried to find reasons to charge more money.

Beautiful hotel with great meals. Breakfast is very good and we had 2 delicious dinners as well. The staff is very nice and we had a great bird watching walk with Oscar. We can definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

I liked the confort of the room, very big and nice

Except one very young lady at the restaurant and the receptionist i think the service was horrible, no one speak English and the food was a nightmare i was really traumatized by the food and you need to keep in mind that there's no other restaurant around unless you pay a boat to go out of the hotel

it is so beautiful. the food is amazing. we had 6+ meals and each was unique, delicious and beautiful. our cottage had a panoramic view, with a deck with truly comfortable chairs and completely secluded. the bathroom was like a dream.- even the complimentary toiletries are luscious. the pool was perfect with lots of comfortable chairs and fresh towels. an so many beautiful birds. the staff was 100% lovely, kind and friendly.
