This is a lovely property to stay in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a massage which was heavenly. Food and drink were all very good too.

A few more loungers around the swimming pool would be a good idea. There are not very many and there is room available for a few more.

Great location, hidden away in the forest. Big room with great views from the large balcony. Very efficient ferry service from hotel to Flores Island. The staff were all friendly. The airport transfers went very smoothly. The two staff members on reception (Brayam? and Danila?) were both very helpful when we had a problem with a cancelled flight and a lost phone. They also helped us book a good trip to Tikal.

Jacuzzi didn't always work.
