The property is located right on the lake which is great. Access to some free water activities and a free boat ride to and from Flores for check-in and checkout. The house was modern and comfortable.

The staff was not helpful in many occasions. They asked us to reserve for dinner but made us wait on the boat in Flores for 50 minutes. We got to dinner late and they rushed us by bringing out food all at the same time without drinks. The place lacks a manager and the service is not worth the cost. The villa also smelled of mold.

Loved the clean, spacious rooms with amazing views. Loved the property, pool, lake, boat rides to Flores.

I wouldn't want to fault any of the hard working F&B staff, but they did seem quite overwhelmed and missed a few things in the orders. Good food though, didn't really detract from my stay, but I can see some people who like to complain making a bigger deal.
