Super clean. Comfy beds and great location. Also has parking which is a bonus. Sofas comfy in lounge and nice touches of cushions and throws.

A well appointed house a short walk from Blenheim Palace and within easy reach of Oxford. The beds were large and comfortable. I would certainly consider staying again if I ever visit the area in the future. Picking up the keys was very easy and the instructions supplied easy to follow.

Midges! Which, can't be helped because of the lake to the rear of the property.

Good location for Blenheim Palace and Woodstock, walking distance to the free entrance into the grounds for the public footpath.

Could do with a door mat inside the front door.
