New Tranquil Apartments with FREE PARKING

The access to the garage and the location were good, which is why I am giving one star

This was the most horrendous experience I have ever had on Booking. We arrived in the evening and were able to access the garage using the instructions provided to us. The positive aspects end here. The room was in terrible condition and clearly not clean. The wooden slats under the bed were broken, not fixed in any way, and collapsed when lying on them. The furniture in the room was damaged, and the bed linen was so dirty that it looked as if it had not been changed for weeks. Since we arrived late at night and had no immediate alternative, we decided to stay for one night only under the condition that the host would bring us clean bed linen. However, the host completely ignored all our attempts to contact him, started rejecting our calls, and did not respond to any of our messages. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and highly unprofessional - such accommodation and conduct should not exist on Booking. We refused to stay there and left the property without spending the night. As a result, we had to drive to another hotel and book an expensive room, as several events were taking place in Budapest at that time and most hotels were fully booked. Booking ignored our request for compensation, and we were never refunded. This was a complete nightmare

Location was great, 20 minutes walk from center of Pest, bed was comfortable, apartment was very warm and it was clean( not 10/10 but it was okay). We had everything what we needed so it's well equiped

Landlord was really slow with responding to messages, hot water in bathroom comes after 5-10 minutes

Only parking!

Broken bed, no tv remoting, cold water first 10min, automathic light, host ignoring messages.
