New Tranquil Apartments with FREE PARKING

Nothing. Location is okay-ish.

When we arrived it looked good at first. After couple of minutes we realised that we've been scammed. -Bed is broken -Chairs are broken -No remote for TV, and even if you manage to turn it on somehow, sound is cutting out constantly , 1 second there is sound , 2 seconds there's silence. -Too long of a wait for warm/hot water -Light randomly turns on during the day and night -Paper-thin walls, you can hear everyone and everything -If you plan to order anything to eat, there are barely any utensils. -Clothes hanger is leaned onto the wall because if it wasnt, it would fall apart, same as chairs. I tried contacting host about cancelling our stay FIRST NIGHT because of everything (aspecially because light kept turning on during night multiple times randomly, waking us up and we got no sleep, but I didnt get any answer. This was the most terrible experience I ever had with booking, basically everything there was broken or not working as it should, its really a shame that this can even be rented at all!

Achtung kein Parkplatz inklusive!!!!!So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Wir haben die Unterkunft inklusive Parkplatz gebucht – vor Ort gab es jedoch keinen Parkplatz(war schön besetzt)Die Unterkunft war außerdem nicht erreichbar: Wir haben unzählige Male angerufen und geschrieben, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Auf der Straße gibt es nur eine 3-Stunden-Parkdauer. Wir haben deshalb 1 km weiter geparkt und dafür 40 € für 3 Tage bezahlt Zusätzlich war die Unterkunft ziemlich schmutzig. Das Bett und beide Sessel waren kaputt.Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

I liked that the owner answered quickly and was very attentive. The apartment is nice, clean and new, it's near the city center, there is also a metro nearby.

You can hear neighbours,, have to wait for warm water for a few minutes but it's because the apartment is on the 5th floor.

Lokacija je bila dobra, kao i dostupnost parking mesta. Takođe posedovanje sudova, mikrotalasne i fena olakšava boravak.

Nedovoljan stepen čistoće, posle ulaska u apartman partner i ja smo čistili kupatilo da bi se mogli okupati. Takođe je nedostajalo utičnica u kuhinji za povezivanje uređaja. Daske ispod kreveta su bile uništene, jedna strana kreveta se drži uz pomoć velike kutije koja je tu ispod. Takođe smo dobili poruku od drugog para da pomerimo naš auto, jer su platili parking mesto, a i mi smo. To znači da su vlasnici iznajmili jedno parking mesto dva puta.

Stanovanje je blizu mesta.

Ni bilo mogoče normalno jesti zajtrk, saj je bil en stol uničen. Letvice pod jogijem so bile totalno uničene, zato ni bilo možno niti sedeti na postekji, kaj šele spati. Jogi sem mogel položiti na tla.. grozna izkušnja 😤😫😫😫

La possibilità di utilizzare il garage (una volta capito come entrarci...). La posizione, vicino alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento era caldo e pulito.

L'host ci ha fatto aspettare 4 ore prima di riuscire a risolvere il problema del garage che non si apriva con il codice proposto. L'arredamento presenta criticità: le doghe del letto si tolgono con un minimo movimento; gli sgabelli sono inutilizzabili; l'appendiabiti è appoggiato e non avvitato al muro e cade se ci si appoggia qualcosa... Peccato, perché l'appartamento ha ottime potenzialità e con un minimo di cura in più potrebbe essere un gioiellino.
