Property Notes

The patio area outside our accommodations can be noisy during busy periods, this would be Friday and Saturday evenings, bank holiday weekends and holiday periods - particularly around Christmas. We do however try to clear this area completely within an hour of closing (12am) Please note that we are a busy and well supported pub in the town center of Oundle. We have regular live music events, which can be checked via our social media pages. During busy periods our outdoor areas can get quite noisy as well. Please make sure you take this into consideration when booking with us.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Great atmosphere in the pub and very helpful staff Great choice of tea and coffee in room

Facilities in room lacked a mirror in room so a problem when using hairdryer. No mattress protector on bed

Didn't have breakfast

The room was ice cold you could see your breath Heating was locked The pub had loud music till midnight no mention of this drunk kids sitting out side room till esrly hours Cups where dirty / warn out plastic cups for water Bathroom shower head leaked Toilet was built into the wall so couldn't sit correctly
