"A lovely, spacious apartment, with many original features, situated in a central location."

The apartment had a load of space with two bathrooms. The kitchen and living areas were great and located towards the rear of the property so they were away from the traffic noise, but it is situated on a minor road where the traffic is not busy.

It was fine for us as our stay was in September, but it should be noted that while a/c units are visible in photographs of the apartment they are not operational. That may change in the future and they were not listed in the particulars for the accommodation, but probably worth checking if you are visiting in the midst of summer.

Top location, few steps from the beach. Very spacious and well decorated. Flexible check-in and beach towels.

No AC - the photos show it, but they are not installed (during a heat wave, the fans are not enough to cool it) Check-out: 10 minutes before 11am, the cleaning was already there ringing it. Amenities: the house is quite expensive, so would be nice to have some things for the guests to use (like olive oil, salt or pepper, the basic)

El piso está a 150 m de la playa de la Kontxa, cerca de supermercados, tiendas etc. y se puede ir a cualquier lado andando. Eramos 6 personas con un bebé y el piso es muy amplio, habitaciones confortables y de buenas dimensiones. El salon, comedor, cocina es un espacio abierto y permite estar todos en la misma estancia sin tener la sensación de agobio. Los cuartos de baño son también bastante amplios. Las fotos en Booking reflejan exactamente el piso. Además tuvieron el detalle de dejar toallas para la playa en el piso.

Al ser muy céntrico, hay algo de ruido claro pero las puertas ventanas de los dormitorios aíslan muchísimo. En cuanto tengan la licencia del aire acondicionado el piso será perfecto. Dejaron muchos ventiladores en todas las estancias del piso.

"Stunning apartment in a perfect location"

Stunning property, featuring a really well kitted out kitchen, comfy beds, a spacious living room and 2 very nice bathrooms. Location is absolutely perfect, 2 min walk from the beach, 10 mins from old town for pintxos and beers.

"Perfect choice for our first trip to Spain."

Perfect for extended family vacation. Walkable to most things. Close to the beach. Excellent kitchen.

The washer /dryer had a smell that was different - might be the detergent available in europe being different. Not sure.
