"Beautiful apartment - excellent location"

Excellent location - just up from the beach; short walk from the old town A beautiful, clean, modern apartment with character Excellent communication with host, very helpful A short walk to a supermarket; coffee shops and bars close by We couldn't have asked for better!

There is a nightclub on that street and the lighter sleepers in our group heard it but I didnt. There was no aircon when we were there but there were fans. The sun doesn't penetrate the apartment so it was pretty cool and the fans did the job. Both of these things were minor compared to the plus points.

"Pure luxury in San Sebastian"

Extremely luxurious apartment with plenty of room for our group. Great location just 2 blocks from the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Nathaly was very helpful when meeting us at check-in. Would stay again but would need a bigger budget.

Great location. Newly renovated apartment. We never used the kitchen, but they had everything you need for an extended stay.

No A/C, but plenty of fans in the rooms available. Slept comfortably

"Our stay in the apartment was superb."

Nathaly from the property management office and the host, met us at the apartment and gave us the keys. She showed us what we needed to know about the apartment, even showed the map and places we can visit. Their group has their own list of recommended places to eat. Nathaly is very very nice and super helpful. The apartment itself was excellent. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable. It had everything our family needed. It was a short walk to the beach. San Sebastian is really a walkable city - we even walked to and from the train station to the apartment. It worth to note that we had some problems with the AC, but the property manager Javier made sure to visit us himself and explained everything. It was a very customer-centric gesture. He found a way to fairly settle the issue and I really really commend him. Kudos to him and his team.

There was really nothing that I did not like. I think the issue we had - they will make sure to address that in the future.
