We stayed in two rooms both were very clean and tidy only one room got a strange smell which we didn't like

The toilet didn't flush which is a major issue and the room was way too hot. I know it was a hot day but the room felt like a sauna and i had to prop the front door open and wedge my room door open for an hour to get some air into it as the window only opened a few inches. I did try to call and left a message about these issues but heard nothing back.
GBGreat location, good sized room for the four of us, very clean. Lovely shower.
Maybe needed an extra towel for the the floor as it's quite slippery when wet and the shower screen doesn't stop water from spilling out of the shower.

GBGBThe location was good; it was only a few minutes' walk away from the beachfront and access to plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops.
You get given a code to access the front door and your room upon your arrival. When you get inside, you get told to head downstairs to check in at the bar area that doesn't exist, and because there is no reception/nobody present, it can be confusing for some people. We managed to find a housekeeper who could not speak a word of English, and that was the only person we found while we were there. The room was okay, but the toilet was leaking and soaked through all our towels, and you can't ask for any more because there is nobody there so we had a flooded bathroom during our stay, we tried to ring the helpline but no answer and unanswered texts so we assume we was ignored… It can get loud at night, and the bed/floors creak a lot. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it.

GBBathroom was exceptional with a power shower.
Hard to park. Pillows were flat as a pancake. Not an issue for me but could be for someone else but no decaf options for tea or coffee or sweeteners. Tv too small for room. No lamps just main light.
