La ubicación muy cerca de la entrada a la playa, sin embargo no recomiendo bañarse en ese lugar, lleno de piedras

Todo, muy mala atención, las instalaciones pésimas, el desayuno horrible, muy malo, la tv jamás funcionó, la habitación estaba muy mal cuidada, no tenían letrero, el WiFi muy malo, no lo recomiendo para nada, las sábanas, toallas en muy mal estado, daba pudor tocar todo, mal aseado, todo muy mal. El desayuno realmente asqueroso, las tasas sucias, muy mala experiencia, pensé en cambiarme de hotel, y perder el dinero pero me quedaban solo 2 noches y salíamos a oxxo a desayunar, solo llegábamos a dormir. Además están coludidos con una empresa de turismo (que queda al lado) que te obligan a comprar si no se enojan, yo les dije que no y estuve muy temerosa (andaba solo yo y mi hijo de 6 años) de que me pasara algo, por que fueron muy ordinarios y falta de respeto cuando les dije que no iba a querer comprar ni un tour. En definitiva mal, no recomiendo para nada, inviertan un poco mas y escojan algo mejor...

El hotel está muy bien el recibimiento es genial.

La TV nunca funcionó, baje a comentar que no se veía la TV y me dijeron que subirían a checarlo, cosa que nunca sucedió.

Con respecto al desayuno agradezco especificar lo que contiene y cambiar o capacitar a la chica que atiende en relacion a la comunicacio, atencion y servicio de la que atiende las mesas y te da la hoja del menu la piscina es comoda para estar sentados un rato. gracias

el servicio de la del desayuno, falto de limpieza en el cuarto, baño dañado, se realizo el reporte y no se presto atencion ni arreglo al baño ya que tambien la palanca estaba rota y dentro de la taza habia un vaso lo cual no se presto atencion En el desauyunador la Srita que atendia no brindo atencion ni fue cordial La Srita que me recibio en el mostrador el primer dia posiblemente pasaba un dia no tan agradable.

La ubicación es buena y tiene aire acondicionado.

Las camas no tienen cobertor, solo te ponen una sabana. Tenían una fiesta dentro del hotel con mucho ruido cuando queríamos descansar. El desayuno inicia muy tarde. La habitación es fea, oscura, con malas terminaciones e implementos descuidados. el agua del grifo sabe salada y es desagradable hasta para lavarse los dientes.

Que no cuentan con estacionamiento, complicado para llegar y el hotel no tiene anuncio alguno para identificarlo a la llegada No había jabón de manos, detalles con el tanque del escusado, se tiraba el agua
