The host was very good, keeping communication of when the property was ready and giving simple, straightforward steps to retrieve the key, but also allowed for a special request of checking in early as we has plans in the day time

Close to city centre, comfy beds

Requires freshening up, decor was worn out, you could tell it was a converted garage. Second bedroom was locked (we booked as two friends needing separate space). Needs a good clean.

Location was easy to find and an easy walk back to the Motorpoint Arena. The accommodation was comfortable and shower was efficient. Rooms were warm. Max - the host was helpful and prompt in answering my questions.

Nothing it was awful. Avoid at all costs.It was cold and the owner controls the heating. it’s an converted garage with the shower underneath the stairs by the back door as you come in basically it is a rip-off and when I asked Booking.com for my money back, they said they had to go through the owner and it was down to him if he would make a refund. The owner refused the refund we did not stay there we were there half an hour and went into book another hotel. Please do not book here. You will not get your money back by all costs.

Everything it was awful. There was no bath as stated the place was freezing cold and the owner controls the heating. It smelt really really bad. There was two pairs of old sliders there and two garden chairs as soon as you walked in the door it basically it was a converted garage we paid £158 stayed there half an hour and went and booked into a hotel as it was that bad when I asked Booking.com for the money back, they said that the house to have done it in a way that he has to authorise a refund and he refused point blank. Please save your money. Don’t book with this person.

It's very compact TVs didn't work and no response for help with this Outside area needs sorting Needs blind in smaller room It was noisy as walls very thin Don't use the cheap toaster as it sets off the alarm and toast wasn't burnt Strange shower set up in a cupboard No control over heating so cold in the morning

Absolutely nothing, we couldn't stay in the apartment (which is a garage conversion badly) due to the smell, we had to rebook somewhere else. Avoid this place it's not worth the money. I paid £153.00 a hostel would of been better.

It was like a building site outside, the strong smell of air fresheners tried to cover up the damp smell, cheap bedding and dirty. Shower in the kitchen area. Nothing is as described on booking.com how can you have city views when your ground floor. It's not accessible like stated there's no patio, it was cold. Slippers were sliders which looked like they were just left by the owners. I booked this as a Christmas treat for my daughter and her friend we were going to a concert And just thought 2 rooms were perfect. The smell was the final straw we just couldn't stay. Dish cloth dirty.. old used toothpaste left in toilet. Nothing was nice about this property. Nothing is accurate about the description.
