Tout était parfait de l'accueil à la chambre en passant par la restauration et le petit déjeuner. Le personnel est au petit soin, attentif et très arrangeant. La piscine commune et la petite piscine privée est un plus. J'aurai peut être aimé une petite table ou bureau et une chaise mais c'est un détail.

Una struttura incantevole e particolare immersa nella giungla Maya. Il personale e’ cordiale ed pronto ad ogni esigenza. Un esperienza da provare.. quando le luci si spengono ti sembra di davvero di dormire sotto le stelle circondato dalla giungla 💕

Unico neo , il fatto che alcuni del personale non comprendono affatto l’inglese e questo comporta incomprensioni. Ci è successo con Santiago al bar , si avverte anche la sua difficoltà , ciò crea disguidi con le comande. Un piccolo corso di inglese al personale farebbe la differenza. Ciò non vale per le due manager… carinissime!

Sfeer en ambiance was fantastisch, erg knus in de jungle en ’s’nachts naar sterren kijken. Goed schoon van binnen en heerlijk bed. Eten op locatie was ook echt heel lekker en leuke bediening die hun best doen om je een leuke en lekkere avond te bezorgen.

We hebben een premium bubble geboekt en op alle foto’s stond een bad (waar we na 4 weken reizen veel zin in hadden), echter bij aankomst was het bad er niet en was er in plaats van het bad een klein zitje, dit viel ons onwijs tegen en was niet in lijn met de foto’s. Ook buitenkant van de bubble mag wat vaker schoongemaakt worden zat veel viezigheid op door regen etc.

Un très bel endroit authentique en pleine nature dans un cadre paisible et ressourçant, entouré d’une nature exceptionnelle. Personnel accueillant, chaleureux, aux petits soins . Chambres confortables et impeccables. Cuisine raffinée délicieuse faite à la demande, produits de grande fraîcheur, digne d’un grand chef pour un prix dérisoire ! Expérience inoubliable vraiment.

L’originalité des chambres dans cette bulle. Dormir à la belle étoile dans un confort optimal. La gentillesse du personnel.

La difficulté à trouver l’établissement quand on arrive de nuit.

Mouldy lamp shade Location was really in the middle of no where & hotel don’t offer push bikes or a company to rent out scooters. If you don’t have a car or don’t mind spending a fortune on taxis then it’s a hard location
