Molto trascurata, tutte le piscine erano sporche e mal tenute anche quelle piccole fuori le Bubble . All’interno delle bubble l’areazione è gestita male, mi è dispiaciuto molto, mi aspettavo una situazione diversa.

Beautiful bubbles, but the outdoor pool was never cleaned, the bubble gets foggy at night so you can’t really see anything. Staff is very kind and hospitable tho and the food is good. Wish the breakfast was a tiny bit bigger for the price.

A lot of bugs outside, bring your spray.

No hay suficientes señalizaciones para llegar, la ubicación manda a otro camiml... Intente marcar a recepción, jamas me contestaron, tiempo perdido facil una hora.... Escribi por el chat y lo mismo, logre llegar a la ubicación y nadie atendía, tuve que literalmente gritar para que bajan del restaurante atenderme y ni una disculpa me pidieron, jamas me ofrecion bebidas de cortesía y mas por el mal rato.... En cocina poco variada... Pedi una papas y llegarln quemadas, hice el regalamos y se limitaron a decir se lo comento al chef.... Ni siquiera un cambio o un disculpas, en general siento al personal mjy apatico, sin duda no regreso El dichoso cenote esga todo enlamada o le. Dan mantenimiento, en general ya necesita mucho mantenimientos, el jacuzzi privado tampoco servía

Es ist ein tolles Erlebnis in diesen Bubbles zu Wohnen. Essen war zwar teuer aber Super. Alles sehr sauber. Personal im Restaurant war sehr höflich.

Leider haben wir Urlaub in einer Baustelle gemacht. An allen Tagen war von 10:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr ein Presslufthammer in Betrieb. Man konnte sich während des Frühstücks nicht unterhalten, weil es so laut war. Am Pool konnten wir nur mit Noise-Cancelling-Kopfhörern sein, weil man es sonst nicht ausgehalten hat. Meine Frau hat mehrfach geweint. Als ich mich bei der Rezeption über die Situation beschwerte, meinte sie nur, dass sie es ja auch aushalten müsse. Vielen Dank für nichts, kann ich da nur sagen. Auch Booking.com wurde informiert. Außer dass sich jemand innerhalb von 24 Stunden meldete, kam da auch nichts. Ich finde es eine Frechheit, dass man da nicht vorgewarnt wird. Manchen Menschen mag das ja nichts ausmachen, wenn es laut ist. Ich möchte meinen Urlaub so verbringen, wie er mir versprochen wird: ruhig und erholsam. Stand 31.01.25
