Shades broken. No temp indicators on old window unit and its controls worn and illegible. Property old, worn and not well maintained.

Que son unos tramposos descarados ,uno reserva con booking y aunque ya te hayan cobrados ellos te dicen que a ellos no les han pagado ,te enseñan una tarjeta que no es ni la tuya y te dicen que así no te pueden dar tu habitación, que tienes que llamar a booking y cancelar la reservación y ellos te hacen otra por un costó más elevado , toda una trampa para ganar más dinero , falta de profesionalismo y de todo .
