We got to the room and the windows were open outside was -15C . The roon was a freezer. We call the reception amd they said the hoisekeeper did it. We turn on the heat but the equipment was so.old that took forever to heat up the room. To sleep was imposible the heater was so loud. Oh and the bed, the most horrible pillows I have ever seen. U can tell this place has not invested in any updates for years. The carpets are in terrible shape across the bulding . Overall, someone is charging money and providing a bad service.

"Great stay for a great price, a short drive to beaver creek where we skii’d."

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious. Front Desk was helpful.

I accidentally got charged twice but once I realized, they immediately voided the second charge.
