GreenTree Suites Eagle / Vail Valley

This hotel is great for workers who travel a lot, like me. It meets expectations on that front and even though it is older and a little run down, it was convenient. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful - especially Veronica.

The breakfast area is cold due to the air conditioning being set very high in that room. You can tell that the bagels and pastries are "day old", but again, this is a workers' hotel and most who are there start the day early and for that, the amenities are fine.

Location was close to town amenities.

-The wall unit air conditioner for the room was inoperative. We discovered this at 12 am when the room failed to cool down. The AC unit fan was working but the condenser unit had failed. In the morning maintenance staff confirmed unit was bad and they would swap it out. Requested a partial refund from front desk but received immediate run-around. -The hotel has changed the end of their name from “Suites” to “Extended Stay”. The lodging is referred to in the oil industry as a “man-camp” with many occupants living there for long periods. -The morning breakfast was all breads consisting of: DIY waffles on a mini-griddle Mini bite size blueberry muffins Bagels Coffee

Comfortable bed, clean room, convenient location,.

Water in the bathroom never got hot, breakfast items didn't get restocked so very limited by the time we got there.

It was a newer property so it was clean.

They only served decaf coffee for breakfast and nothing was replenished without a request. No biscuits, eggs or meat was available in the time (30 mins) we had to eat. And again when requested coffee they were only serving decaf and no effort was made to make any caffeinated coffee.

Room was amazing

Breakfast breads was to stiff.
