BEThe apartment is nicely located at the top of the mountain with the sea view. You can find anything you need in the apartment, it is ready to live. It is spacious and pleasantly decorated.
I didn't enjoy the interaction with the host. First they didn't send any messages before I was texting being on my way to the apartment and having no instruction how to enter. Then I was asked at what time I would prefer to check out and I said 11, they replied that actually I should do it at 10 and they will come to check. It made me run away at 9 haha

PLКвартира отлично укомплектована. Есть все необходимое. Кухня с кухонными принадлежностями. Видно, что все делалось с душой. В целом, рекомендую это место, если минусы вас не пугают. Общественная парковка на улице, проблем с местом не возникло. Обратите внимание, что это не Machico, тут только действительно шикарный вид на Machico. Без авто не рекомендую здесь останавливаться.
Самое неприятное - затхлый запах от стиральной машины. Стиралка стоит в шкафу и ее явно не просушивают как следует после использования и за ней не ухаживают. Как результат: барабан конкретно пахнет плесенью на всю квартиру. И еще плесень обитает за тумбой с умывальником, если прислониться плотненько к стене, зеленая плесень вам подмигнет. Как-то даже странно, что такой высокий рейтинг у этой квартиры. Очень холодная квартира в феврале. Притом, что очень хочется проветрить запах от стиралки. Но тогда ты замерзнешь. Арендатор в сообщениях букинга общается на португальском(?). А я с ним - на английском. Так что будь добр копировать каждое сообщение и прогонять его через гугл транслейт. Зато здесь на букинге на отзывы отвечают на англ. Вот это поворот. Хотелось бы хотя бы заготовленный шаблонный текст с инструкцией о заселении на англ (либо продублировать и на англ тоже).
PLHULocated in a nice area with view to a beautiful garden and the ocean. It is 5 minutes by car from the airport and has free parking. There’s a cute old dog to welcome you, who is living in the building. Zélia is a nice host, easy to communicate and has program and restaurant recommendations. The bed is comfortable, kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The terrace is perfect to start or to end the day with a nap, and has windows in case of bad weather.
