Hotel YMCA - Near Meenakshi Amman Temple Madurai

I like is only location that is near Temple

No proper cleaning.... Staff don't speak English or Hindi.... No any room service even for water...3000 is too much for this old hotel.. Beds were not good... Even they refuse to provide mosquito repellent...very old non maintained building.... Staff was asking for tip... But not helping to move luggage.... No lift in hotel

Excellent customer service

Simple Indian breakfast, but such a great service. Breakfast only starting at 08:30, but on request earlier we got breakfast at 08:00.

First room: key did not fit. Second room, not cleaned after previous guests. Badroom with bad: no bad found. City view: difficult with fake window. Private entrance: not found. Room with terrace: not found No hot water Room description does NOT describe the room.

Location, behaviour of the staff

room size is too small. Beds are short in size - tall person cant to fit in the bed. Hot water problem.

Everything. They provided 3 single beds instead of double bed. The hotel manager was very rude. He doesn't know English. No toiletries. No drinking water. No wifi. Everything was bad about the stay. Just like a 3rd class lodge. Not at all worth the price.
