Le propriétaire de l’appartement était gentil et respectueux.

Malheureusement, l’immeuble est très ancien et situé dans des ruelles populaires. L’appartement est également très vieux et ne me convenait pas. Il n’y avait pas de véritable espace pour se doucher et je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité dans cet endroit.

Unsafe, Unsanitary, and Fraudulent – Avoid at All Costs! Do not book this property. Our stay at Dar al Omari in Rabat last night was an absolute nightmare, and I am genuinely shocked that Booking.com allows this listing to remain on their platform. False Advertising & Missing Amenities: • The space is drastically misrepresented and is way too small to accommodate 5 people. • There is no washing machine, despite it being explicitly advertised. • There is no hot water, and shockingly, no bath or shower whatsoever. Severe Safety, Maintenance & Hygiene Issues: • The toilet was infested with insects, to the point where our children were too terrified to even use it. • There is a highly dangerous electric socket that poses a serious hazard. • The property is completely insecure: the windows do not lock and the door handles are broken. • Water constantly leaks from the ceiling. • The floor becomes extremely ice-cold during the night. Because of these abysmal, unsanitary living conditions, all five of us became sick. Suspected Fraud: When I tried to contact the owner to address these severe issues, the person whose name and number are listed on Booking.com answered and claimed he is not the actual owner. He stated he merely "set up the system" for other people. This is highly suspicious and feels like an outright scam. Overall, this property is completely unsuitable for human habitation. Because Booking.com failed to vet this fraudulent and hazardous listing, this will be my final booking with them. I will never use their platform again.

I liked the location and how close it is to the city. I also liked that it is secluded and quiet

I only stayed for one night, so the bathroom being a bit small might be an issue for some people Overall, it was a good choice and I don’t regret booking it
