The Hop Merchant's House

Fantastic property and very convenient to the station and restaurants etc. Was clean with everything you would expect. Will absolutely stay again next time I am in Worcester.

Not a thing.

Very close to the train station, centrally, located to shopping, dining, local attractions. The staff was excellent…from booking, to planning, and keeping me informed each step of the way. Communication was excellent, very accommodating, including a last-minute late check out… And small personal touches, including coffee, tea, and milk after a long day of travel. The room was well appointed, the bed was extremely comfortable, and we will definitely be back on our next trip into town.

Great stay - very clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely location and easily accessed from central Worcester.

This place was spotless, it was right in the heart of Worcester with everything on your doorstep. Parking opposite which was £12.50 for 24 hours, which is great value. The owner was available if you needed her, (we didn’t) and she even put milk in the fridge.

Nothing it was spot on.

We absolutely loved the huge, super-comfy bed, and the well equipped kitchenette. The location was perfect - just on the edge of the busy city centre, so really quiet at night, but just a few mins' walk to restaurants, shops, bars etc. Jackie communicated really well and sent great instructions for finding the place and letting ourselves in.

We were disappointed that the car park across the road didn't offer free parking to blue badge holders, but it was very convenient (and obviously their charging policy is out of the control of the Hop Merchant's House!)
