Stayed at hop merchants several times as its very close to Worcester Town and always spotless, very good communication from owner Jackie, highly recommend...

A couple in next room were a bit on the noisy side late at night but not for long

Loud large main door right beside room. Blinds didn't block out all the light

Really nice large room with a kitchenette so you could get your own breakfast if you didn't want to go out. Easy walking distance to the centre, but the location itself was quiet

There were a number of gadgets, not all of which had instructions, though the lack of instructions for the TV was an oversight that was quickly corrected when mentioned

Absolutely everything was spot on. Ultra clean, everything we needed. Perfect. Will definitely be returning!

Paying for parking. But it wasn't such a big deal

This was the ideal location for a weekend away! The host gave us clear and concise information RE: location, parking, access, whats included, and even put fresh milk in the fridge! The room was immaculate, supremely comfortable, and everything had a premium feel about it with hotel chocolat/L'or coffee, smart TV, the decor....all fantastic! And only a minutes walk from the main run of restaurants, bars, and 8mins walk to the cathedral and main square. Would definitely recommend!

Le deuxième jour nous étions au rez de chaussé. Idéalement situé au centre de Worcester

L'hôtesse croyant bien faire nous avait donné un appartement plu spacieux mais au 2eme étage. Pas très pratique lorsqu'on a des soucis de mobilité.
