Casa di Sasso

Las vistas. Tiene unas vista del Lago Como muy bonitas. La anfitriona, una mujer muy atenta y muy amable. Que vino a entregar y recoger las llaves. El sitio es muy tranquilo. La casa decorada con estilo rural, muy bonita. Tiene terraza con vistas al lago.

Llegamos en coche. Desde la Iglesia de Bellano el navegador marcaba 3km, 10 minutos en coche por una carretera con mucha curva y muy empinada. Después nosotros estuvimos al final del invierno, pero invierno al fin y al cabo... y si querías calefacción tenias que pagar 20€ por dos sacos de pellet, teniendo en cuenta que solo pasábamos una noche me parace caro. Tenia aire acondicionado, pero tu no podías controlar no estaban los mandos. Los controlaban desde fuera o los tenían programados. Nos llamo la atención que tenía puesta una pegatina donde marca los grados para que no se vieran. El baño no tiene calefacción, y era frio, porque ademas estaba fuera en de la zona habitable, dentro del edificio en la zona de la escalera. Cafés e infusiones los tenias que pagar aparte. Se escuchaba la tele del vecino de al lado, mucho. No tiene tele, que no es que sea muy importante...pero no la tiene.

Nothing wrong at all

The hosts were lovely, very welcoming and responsive when needed. The views from the apartment were gorgeous. This would be a great place for travellers with their own car who are wanting to disconnect for a day or two.

This accommodation is not very accessible. The accommodation is up a steep mountainside so is really only accessible with for able-bodied people (completely inaccessible for people with mobility impairment) with luggage or groceries via car otherwise you have to pay 20 euro each way (1.8km) for the hosts to drive you up and down the hill for simple things like groceries. The stairs up to the bedroom are also narrow and unsteady making it difficult to get luggage up. As for value for money, it is understandable to charge for mini-bar items like wines and soft drinks, but I was surprised to find the host come in at check out and count how many tea bags we'd used and charge me for each. Basic essentials like oil, salt and pepper were not included despite having a semi-equipped kitchen and we had to specifically request these items while cooking. During our stay it was magical for it to be snowing outside. We did pay 10 euro per bag (2 bags total), for wood pellets to use the fire each night we stayed. The hosts came in while we were out and put the second bag of wood pellets on during the day, meaning there was no more pellets left for that night unless we bought more from them. In terms of hygiene, the place had been cleaned but there were patches of dirt left in the corners where the vacuum had missed. There was a condom packet left under the bed. The sheets looked like there was some kind of... white stain... on them, even across the pillow cases. The hots assured us it was staining from the laundry detergent and quickly dropped new sheets off but it left us with an uncomfortable feeling . I wouldn't recommend this as a romantic getaway. As a young couple, we were rather bored and shocked at how quickly basic expenses added up. There wasn't much going on in Bellano itself in terms of attractions or restaurants We wished we'd stayed somewhere different in the Lake Como region, despite how incredibly lovely the hosts were.

It was cold, the air conditioner was heating, but it wasn't enough and to turn on the stove for additional heating, you had to pay an additional 10 euros.

Dal nostro punto di vista, abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza indimenticabile in questa casa, e non è stato solo per la meravigliosa vista né per la spettacolare casa di pietra che ti fa sentire di aver fatto un viaggio nel tempo, ma grazie alle fantastiche persone che stanno dietro tutto questo. È difficile trovare le parole giuste quando le cose vanno meglio di come pensavi che sarebbero andate... Grazie per ogni ricordo, ogni dettaglio e per questi bei giorni passati lì.

Casa su due piani molto accogliente, spaziosa e ben tenuta. Eravamo in due, ed è stato un ottimo soggiorno. Staff estremamente disponibile e gentile.

Stufa a pellet era necessaria, ma comunque a basso prezzo

Klidná lokalita, pěkný výhled na jezero, ubytování je vysoko na kopci. Je to prostorný mezonet s balkonem. Paní domácí jsou milé a ochotné. Pokud něco potřebujete, stačí napsat zprávu. K dispozici káva, čaj, víno a limonády (za poplatek). Byli jsme zde na konci října a vytápění klimatizací bylo dostačující.

Málo parkovacích míst. Navíc vyžaduje značnou zručnost zaparkovat, pokud máte větší auto (je to do kopce a pravoúhlé zatáčky). Po celém bytě byla cítit zatuchlina, včetně ručníků. Plíseň ve sprchovém koutu. Kuchyně je vybavená velmi skromně. Wi-fi pomalá.

L'emplacement est parfait sur les hauteurs de Bellano, la vue est magnifique ,le lieu est tres reposant! Le logement est atypique et charmant , nos hôtes étaient tres accueillants et à l'écoute. Nous avons qu'une hâte ,celle de revenir à la Casa di Sasso 😀
