Keen's Place

I think i have booked 4 stays (or more) already with them. The staff already knows me. They always give me the same room (room 14). Pretty spacious room, and very near to almost all key places: provincial capitol, airport, mall, convenience stores, and restaurants.

Water pressure is kind of weak. There was that one time that the WiFi was down. But it wasn’t their fault. Internet service in palawan really sucks.

It was great for what we needed; somewhere to rest before a flight the next day. Good location! Some really nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. A 10mins walk away from a very big shopping mall which is handy if you are travelling in between places and need to pick things up. Short drive away from the airport and port. Wifi was actually really good here, better than what we'd had at other stays. The women running the business were very kind and helpful.

The chickens in the morning but this wasn't a major problem for us as we are early risers and had to get a flight anyway.

The lady who runs the place was extremely friendly and helpful. The same goes for anyone who worked there. I rented a scooter from there and they told me some good places to visit.

Nothing. The place was great value for money.

Only stayed there for one night. Bed and Bathroom were fine. Comfortable and clean

No windows that open to some space with fresh air ( one opens into some kind of hallway and the other one doesn’t open at all). Because of this the room was smelly and felt uncomfortable. Also the room was pretty dark as there was nearly no daylight. No free drinking water, needed to pay for a small cup with just a sip of hot water.

The family that run the place were very helpful and friendly rooms were comfortable and clean too the roof top is a lovely space to relax

There is a school next door and the assembly’s are very loud in the morning.

Good location, helpful staff, cute kittens! Clean and basic.

Air con is old and right over the bed. Shower had bad pressure.

I like the rooftop. The room was clean, and there was AC in the room. The owners are nice.

The owner arranges the trip and transport. They arranged for me a trip for the underground river and transport to Port Barton. And for the transport they charged me 700 pesos and they told me it is fixed price, wheras it wasn't true. The transport price should be less, not more than 450 pesos.

The women who runs the hotel and all of her lovely staff are amazing so friendly, kind and made sure to do anything so we enjoyed ourselves. the rooms where nice but we especially loved the roooftop filled with plants and lovely furniture. it has a cd player and lots of old cds so we could play music and enjoy the evening. they love their animals too and all of the cats where so cute and friendly. we loved it!’
