Location, rooms are basic but everything works!

Pressure in shower is low but is as expected. The toilets on floor2 is very small

You can’t find a better value than keens place! Nice, clean comfortable room with ac, hot shower and tv! Super friendly staff and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance

"Very basic and clean room near the airport"

Basic and clean room, great rooftop to chill out, helpful staff and position near to the airport.

No soap available. Too many dogs and cats around the property. A fighting rooster farm right in front guarantees an early wake-up without alarm clock 🤪

"Superb"

Very clean, comfortable room.& well priced. Awesome roof top terrace. Enjoyed our stay.

Location was not the best, 15 - 20 min walk towards the port. But it was no problem as Bike hire available from reception. @ 500 Paso per day.

"Great stay!"

Clean property, basic room. Warm shower. great rooftop filled with plants to just kick back an relax in a very busy city! And really welcoming staff! Would 100% recommend.

Fine place for one night. Staff was friendly. They arrange transfer to el Nido. Room is fine and clean.

Bed was quite hard and not much waterpressure.

"Preferably look for a more realiable place to stay"

Behind it there is a chicken and rooster farm. We couldn’t sleep because of the noise and next door to it the neighbours kept making noise till all hours of the night. We booked a trip through them to the underground river tour we travelled there for 2 hours squashed in a minivan then when we got there the tour guide said it was cancelled due to bad weather he tried to play dumb and tell us that no one notified them and the decision was just made to cancel all tours. But when I asked another tourist that had been there before us he said the decision was made 2 hours ago and there was a sign on the door. But they still demanded 400 pesos each from us for their time even though the tour didn’t take place. The owners of the property said there is nothing they can do but we had to pay. The point is not the money but people taking advantage of tourists thats the frustrating part
