Friendliness of staff, the owner helped me book a tour to Honda Bay islands, you can also book the tour to the underground river. Great value for money, bathroom is really small and air conditioner is noisy but still works well, given the really reasonable price I still think the place is decent. Room was clean and there's a large roof terrace on the 2nd floor. Towels and toilet paper are provided, contrary to what I read in some other reviews. It is located 10 minutes from the town centre / baywalk by tricycle and 5 minutes from the airport. I also read people complaining about the mattress being too hard but I found it perfectly fine and slept really well! At the end of the road there are plenty of tricycle drivers who can take you anywhere. There's a great Filipino family restaurant around the corner, and a vegetarian restaurant across the road, along with a mini market. I suggest buying the large 5L or 6.6L bottles as the property doesn't have a refill station. The owners were very kind to hold on to my luggage after check out as my flight was late in the evening.
