Location and view

Just felt a bit icky and smelt damp, old towels hanging on the back of the door. Small duvet…gross carpet.

The views were amazing,the owner was very quick to help out when we contacted him and was very polite like we were friend for ages,was comfy,homely,safe and was quiet and the neighbour had the cutest dog called elvis

the stairs how steep it is but that’s personal preference apart and that’s all

Breakfast N/A Poor and very tight parking space

Overall condition of apartment was very disappointing. Scruffy, tired and unloved.

Der var ikke rengjort og der lå private ting under sengene . Adgangsforholdene ved indgang og opgang var meget dårlige og det fremgik ikke af opslaget, og var absolut ikke egnet for dårligt gående. Der manglede service, vandglas, brødkniv samt regøringssvamp. Der manglede belysning ved køjesengene og i stuen. Madras i underkøje manglede topmadras.

The property is only a five minute walk from Looe's train station

There was no accessible parking onsite (although it had been advertised as having some). The kitchen smelled horrendous - like a blocked drain. The tea towel and bathroom hand towel had not been cleaned - they smelled awful. When we found alternative parking, as suggested by the host who was aware of the limited access to the property parking, we had to drag our cases up a steep hill and driveway, and several flights of external and internal stairs into the property. The host had stated in the welcome info that they would refund the parking cost if we needed to park off-site. When I sent the request for refund, the host informed me that it would take up to 90 days to get a refund. When I said I was unhappy with this, the host offered no further contact. Completely unacceptable!

Good views from the flat. Nice space with two older kids (10 and 12) having a bunk room and we had a double room

Lots of steps up - but we knew that. Car park - really don’t bother - you might get boxes in if you can get into it. Noise from upstairs is unsettling if you’re not used to living in a flat. The entrance area is a little scruffy and puts you I’ll at ease
