MYthey asked me to pay deposit before checked in RM150 to get the key. I have paid them before my arrival. Unfortunately, i have not received their refund till to date. Luckily i did video the property before my check out.

My deposit RM150 from 28April2026 until today 13May2026 still not yet received!!!!!! Already whatapps and voice call but no answer! Is it want to scam customer deposit money?????? WHY SO HARD TO TRANSFER BACK as they mention only take 2-3days tp refund! Now already 2weeks plus... common lah!

MYThe apartment is not like how it is in photos shown, flooring is not in good conditions, water heater is not hot, ants are everywhere (kitchen, bedrooms and even beds). The beds are hard too, toilet has no bidet.

there's a bit of a dust on the stairs. The big sliding door can't be locked. Need a thicker blanket. The main door knob is too close with the door, hence hard to open. Prefer a key card access door.

Its not sea view as pe4 described. Thats very dispointed. The toilet at the masterbedroom was not very clean when we check in. Have a crumples of hairs in the toilet bowl. Leaking from aircon at the living room.
