BNWe got locked in from inside on day 1. Maintenance came to fix.
2. The a/c in the smaller room was not cooling. The same maintenance tried to fix it but couldn't and offered to come the next morning. We slept in the living room. We waited but he didnt show up till 10am next morning. We left bcause we had places to go to. That afternoon, while we were out, he asked us to to meet him but he couldnt wait till we arrive. We rescheduled that afternoon but he had no reply and finally asked us to meet him but we were out again. Inconvinient, untimely and unplesant to sleep with mattress on the floor. We told them we have wasted much of our holiday waiting and carried on sleeping at the floor.
