MYMYMYWe booked the duplex apartment weeks before the arrival date and 3hours before checking time they asked us to change to another unit which is not the duplex apartment like we've booked, due to the aircond not working and they unable to fix it before checking time. Unfortunately, the aircond on the new apartment also not working and we having a problem to sleep the whole night because of it. Fews of the socket are also not working.
BNI STRONGLY RECOMMEND DO NOT GO TO THIS APARTMENT (Room No.: B1-3A-18). We felt like we were being scammed. My family and I have to moved out of the apartment at midnight as we were not comfortable with its overall condition. The wooden floor is in poor shape, the ceiling has issues with unresolve open hole ceiling and the wall paint is chipped. More importantly, the sliding door lock is not working, making us feel insecure, and the main entrance door is difficult to close properly. The whole apartment smells very weird where we need to buy room scent. The elevator is too far from the room and the apartment is at the very end. Given these concerns, we had no choice but to find alternative accommodation for the well-being of our family. It would have been helpful if we were made aware of these issues earlier. In addition, no response from from the tenant after i complaint about this issue. Just silent and no apology
MYMYIts my first time stay here. Overall was okey, have private parking and location is strategic. But this appartment need somemore maintenance. For me, aircond not very cool.. i have many time staying at imogo appartment was very good.
MYLocation is good
The apartment wasn't maintained. The bed was horrible definitely need to change it. The flooring seriously need to be change too. Basically the whole fixtures need major changes. The washing machine wasn't working. Overall it wasn't a pleasant stay.

Their wifi is not working. Water is dripping from the air conditioner. You need a friend or find another way to hold the door while you return the access card to the mailbox. Otherwise, you'll have to wait for someone to open the door to get back to the elevator area.
