L Homestay Riverson Soho KK City Very Near Imago

The location is convenient not far from Imago. There were a front loaded washing machine Wifi for the kids at night, refrigerator, ironing table and iron, parking lot for our car.

We arrived in KK after 2019 to the same apartment for the reason, it was one we could remember our stay was so comfortable for the kids because of the distance to Imago, parking space, washing machine and the pool they have. Our stay was 6 nights and 7 days. For 5 pax to stay, we did need a washing machine, parking space, good security and a home environment. This was the main reason to go back to Riverson apartments. We stayed in Unit B1-3A-18. 2 rooms with a balcony. When we arrived from the 5 to 6 hrs journey, we only got to check in 30 to 45 minutes later because the accommodation was not ready on time. Upon entering this unit, we noticed gaps among the wooden laminating floors cracked everywhere. But we just put our luggages in and left. Only at night, when we turned on the air-conditioners in Master bedroom, middle room and living room, we realised, there was a moldy smell everywhere. It was strong. The next day, in the morning before we left the place, we would open the curtain to let the sunlight in, hoping the moldy smell would dry up and disappear. When we opened the curtain we could see there were people in offices in the opposite buildings. (Our glass doors and windows are not tinted so there were possibilities they could see us) Our balcony's view was offices and on the other side, the view was the back of other people's apartments. We realised, in the master bedroom, the one with 1 Queen bed and 1 single bed, we could see a yellow greyish track about 1.5feet +- long of dried water that came out from the air-condition, and under the air-condition, there was a large cracked part of the wall too. Cracked and moldy. On its floor, we could see spots of black coloured tiles which we initially thought was a part of the natural colour but only to learn, those are the molds. There was a very old, blackish torn door mat provided outside the toilet too. The original colour must have been red. It is a common door mat seen in Borneo.

The homestay is near to the lift. Parking also quite near to lift. They got clean 2 door refrigerator, oven, drying rack, plenty of rack and hanger.

Slow Response. Washing machine is included but no instructions how to use it. My cloth not yet completely dry but the water started draining out from the machine. Water bidet is not functioning, already report but no action taken or even at least response to the the chat. Kitchen sink blocked which caused the water draining sooo slow. Lots of wooden floor peeled off and risky to children. Homestay got lots of ants eventhough the kitchen is clean, no leftover food on the counter top. Ants spotted even upon arrived for check in at dining table.

No internet . Toilet not clean .
