Ha Nhung Hotel Nha Trang

Clean and comfortable room. Nice sheets. Floor to ceiling window lets in nice light. Bathroom was clean and everything in good repair. Good AC and nice lighting. Staff were so sweet. Good location on a smaller street and only 1/2 block from Vincom Plaza. The little kid school across the does play music at 7am during drop off time, but it is a happy sound and only lasts a short time. I would stay again.

The towels seemed like they were line dried, so a bit crispy, but they were clean and white. The biggest issue was there was no physical lock on inside of door. The only lock was the automatic keycard lock.

Нас просто не заселили. Сослались на отсутствие интернета в связи с наводнением' хотя бронь была 13.11' а наводнение наступило 19.11. В результате 21.11 в 19.00 я стояла на улице с чемоданом' под дождем искала ночлег после 10 часового перелёта.

Ho soggiornato all'Ha Nhung Hotel durante la mia visita a Nha Trang e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della scelta. L'hotel si trova in una posizione comoda, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e vicino ai principali punti di interesse della città. Le camere sono pulite, spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. L'aria condizionata funziona perfettamente, fondamentale per il clima caldo di Nha Trang. Il letto è molto confortevole e ho dormito benissimo.Huong e tutto il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, pronto ad aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta, dai consigli sui ristoranti alle informazioni turistiche. La zona è tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo comoda per raggiungere i ristoranti, i bar e le attrazioni principali. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e conveniente a Nha Trang.

I spent a long time searching for a hotel in Nha Trang where we could stay with our cats. Traveling with pets is never easy, especially when you have 4 cats, so we were quite worried when choosing a place. Before booking, I contacted the hotel to ask if staying with cats would be possible. The response from Ha Nhung was incredibly kind, respectful, and warm. They told us there would be no problem at all, as long as the cats were clean and well-behaved. That attitude alone already meant a lot to us. The room is spacious, clean, and well maintained. Everything that other guests mentioned in their reviews about the room equipment is absolutely true: there is a good air conditioner, a small but perfectly working refrigerator, a kettle, TV, hair dryer, and individual disposable amenities — everything you need, and everything works well. The bed is large and extremely comfortable — which was especially important for us, as my husband have back issues, and we were finally able to rest properly. We stayed on the 9th floor, and the panoramic windows offer a beautiful view of the city and the sea. I would also like to highlight the daily housekeeping. The cleaning is very attentive and thorough — honestly, not something we experienced in many hotels before. The room is cleaned every day, and the bed linen is changed to fresh and clean regularly, which we truly appreciated.✨ But the most important thing for me in any place is the people. Both my husband and I feel deep gratitude and warmth toward all the staff — administrator and housekeeping. Every single person we met was kind, attentive, polite, and genuinely caring. They always tried to help us with any questions and made us feel truly welcome.❤️🙏🏻 Even our cats relaxed very quickly after the long journey, as if they trusted this place immediately. That says a lot. Because of this atmosphere of care, we decided to extend our stay for another week, and I am absolutely happy with this decision.
