The elevator is a bit old and slow

Friendly staff, good location only two blocks access to the beach, lots of good restaurants,SPA in walkable distance.

They have an elevator but no able to access from street basement, so you need to go by stairs and carry on your luggages to lobby first.

I got a really good-sized room in a very modern and spotlessly clean hotel. One can see the sea from the window although much of the view is nowadays obscured by all the other high-rise hotels in Nha Trang. There was an en-suite bathroom, really good air-conditioning, kettle and fridge, so everything a solo tourist needs for a good stay. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed me to store my bags all day on the day of departure ahead of an overnight train. They also allowed me to use the shower and bathroom downstairs after I had checked-out of my room. I was able to hire a motorbike from the hotel for the day for just 150,000 VND (about £4.50) and they helped me organise a taxi to the railway station. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.
