Nothng to like there.

They asking for extra money. If rate of room is less than they expected then the wll ask to pay more else force to cancel bookng. Staff very much rude and not provde anything if your asking them.

It's very bad experience. We didn't expect this kind of room from oyo and booking.com. Rooms were dirty and bedsheets were not cleaned properly. We found no.of cockroaches in the bed room and as well in the toilet. This forced us to leave the room immediately at night. This is not meant for family room.  Hope you understand the customer issue and do the needful in future.

Oyo fake bookings

There is nothing to like

1. Despite the confirmation, they said the rooms are not available and said it's a miscommunication between booking.com and Oyo. 2. Since the room is booked via booking.com and not Oyo, it is not their responsibility to give us a room 3.They demanded additional money to give us a room 4.The new given room was not what we booked in the website, It's a double room where as we asked for two double beds in the room (triple occupancy) 5.So,we immediately vacated the room in 10mimutes because of their rudeness. We booked a new hotel which costed us 3X of what paid during our booking with srujana hotel as it's a last minute booking. Very very disappointing experience

It seems OYO rooms are not meant for family. The rooms were full of cockroaches and bedsheets were dirty used by couples.
