Despite paying the advance amount, the room was not ready. The room is dirty and reception is not co operative. Bookings dot come asked for prepayment which was paid by us, however reception was of the opinion that payment should not have been made online and entire amount should have been paid at the hotel. Online payment doesn't guarantee a booking confirmation according to them. They created a lot of confusion and inconvenience and wanted payment at the hotel only. Clearly they are not in terms with online booking site. I advise people to stay away.

Bed was full of coakroaches

It was budget friendly, it could have been a bit better.

Electrical appliance like fan was barely working properly. It was too slow to feel any breeze. No wifi provided for customers. Receptionist seemed disinterested for me to ask for any advice on Economic travel around the city. Only reason I chose this place rather than the other one I was considering was this has more rating.

The bedsheets were not clean, the toilet flash was not working, lots of cockroaches were there in the room, no place to hang your clothes. After asking them to change all this thing they didn't do anything at all.

The staff were polite.

I have stayed for 3 days and 2nights in that hotel, there were so many cockroaches in that room, no place to hang clothes, I told to staff they told they we look into it but again the same. I would suggest before making any payment first check the room ans then pay the money

Hotel is not at all good. Very bad experience.

Rooms are not clean . Bed sheets are very dirty after repeat reminders also not changed. TV recharge not done by the hotel. No proper response.
