The Dale - Luxurious annexe with stunning view

New refurbished, very good designed all property. In a small village and quiet area. Very clean and everything you need is organised. We would be happy to stay again and recommend to everyone.

The property is in a lovely location with beautiful countryside all around. Accessing keys on arrival was simple as they are in a key safe and the owner provides the access code when you book. Towels were provided and toiletries too. There were fresh flowers. Add to that a basket full of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and crumpets and it all adds up to a warm welcome on arrival. There are walks from the door to be enjoyed and we were welcomed with good wholesome food to be eaten at the Buck Inn with other good eateries in nearby villages too. All in all a pleasant stay.

Often we had no signal / no service on our mobiles but I acknowledge that some might love that and embrace it 😂.

Everything! The annexe was lovely, recently refurbished, very comfortable bed, really nice kitchen, bathroom & living area. The view was amazing & with a pub just across the road, what more could you ask for! Anne & Richard were lovely hosts, welcome basket on arrival, lent us some head lamps for an evening walk back. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Lovely cosy accommodation in a beautiful peaceful setting, with added touches such as fresh flowers and a welcome basket and to top it off fantastic hosts. Plenty of walks straight from the front door and a nice pub just a few steps away, but the accommodation was more than well equipped for a self catering break.

Tastefully appointed comfortable accommodation with wonderful views, a real home from home! Lots of local info, walks, maps etc.
